RECIPE PREPARATION Overturned cake with cherries and chocolate sauce:
We prepare a tray lined with baking paper, dimensions 24/36 cm, then we place the cherries and coarsely chopped walnuts and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar, then we start the top. Mix the yolks with the sugar until the sugar melts, then add the oil and milk and mix for about 5-6 minutes. Add flour and baking powder, mix and incorporate the beaten egg whites, with slow movements from bottom to top. The poured composition is poured over the cherries, we stop a little composition in which we put cocoa and then with a teaspoon we put from place to place over the white composition, as seen in the picture. Put the tray in the preheated oven, do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean the cake is baked. Remove the tray from the oven and turn it over, remove the baking paper and then pour the hot chocolate sauce into the cake. Let it dry and then portion it.
