Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add salt and mix. Make a hole in the middle and put the crushed yeast. Add 1 lgt of sugar and about 100 ml of warm milk over the yeast. Stir a little then leave to rise for 5-10 minutes. After rising, pour the oil and about 400 ml of warm milk. Mix from the inside to the outside, covering all the flour until the end. If it is still needed, add warm milk. Knead a soft but non-sticky dough. Put it to rise in a warm place without drafts.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix the cheese with the egg and sour cream. Add salt to taste and pepper. The donut is washed and cut into cubes.

After doubling the volume of the dough, divide it in two. Take one side and spread it on the table with a little oil, in a rectangular shape. Grease the entire surface with half of the cream cheese. On one of the edges, in length, the ham is placed next to each other, a red donut is placed in the middle, after which it is rolled as tightly as possible, along the length. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Do the same with the other part of the dough and the rest of the ingredients. Let it rise for about half an hour in the pan and then put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.

When ready, remove from the oven and cover with a clean towel until ready to serve.
