I prepared the dough first because it has to leaven.

I mixed the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar, a little warm milk and a tablespoon of flour.

I let it activate. Meanwhile, I mixed the eggs with the sugar, then I put the melted and cooled butter, the yeast. I then added alternately, flour and warm milk, salt and flavors.

We need to get a dough that is not too soft. If necessary, add more flour or milk. It depends on the type of flour used or the size of the eggs.

I kneaded until I got an elastic dough that comes off easily from the walls of the bowl.

I covered it with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place.

I had country eggs, so my dough had a very nice color.

While the dough was leavening, I prepared the filling.

I soaked the raisins in rum.

I mixed the cheese with the sugar, vanilla and beaten egg. At the end, I scraped the lemon peel and added the drained raisins.

After the dough leavened, I spread out two rectangular sheets, cutting them in half lengthwise. I put the filling and rolled them.

I then cut, obtaining three rolls from each piece.

Because I left a little dough, I cut some strips that I wrapped around the rolls.

Of course you can give them another shape. That's how I wanted them this time.

I let them rise in the pan until the oven warmed up.

I greased them on top with egg and baked them at 180 degrees C for about 35 minutes.

It is good to check that they are ripe.

I would recommend using for the filling, the cheese that is well drained, otherwise the dough will soften and the filling will flow.

They are very tasty hot, but also cold with a cup of milk or yogurt.

Have fun!

TASTES.

First we prepare the meat:
the meat cut into pieces is boiled for 5 minutes in boiling water, then washed and soaked in water with a little vinegar, about 2 hours we take it out and put it in a stain consisting of wine, oil, pepper, enibahar, cumin, garlic - until the next day.
Remove the meat from the stain, wipe it and fry it in hot lard, add a finely chopped onion. We take care not to burn it, we add the paprika, then we turn off everything with a cup of water and let the meat boil for about an hour.

Add salt, pepper, thyme, tomato juice - to taste.
Separately, chop the cabbage and lightly fry it, sprinkling with salt.
Transfer the meat and cabbage to a bowl that we will put in the oven. If necessary, we add more water. Bake for about 30 minutes, or longer, as appropriate.
Serve with hot peppers and polenta.

Dessert rolls with sweet cheese - Recipes

I like to make something sweet on Saturday (well I would like something sweet every day, but we still refrain, the silhouette is to blame :)) so I set to work and made some rolls with sweet cheese, sour cream and raisins.

Here is the recipe:
- 1 pack of 400 g pie sheets
- 500 gr sweet cheese
- 500 gr sour cream
- 3-4 eggs
- melted butter
- 100 gr raisins
- rum essence
- grated lemon peel (I put half a lemon)
- sugar to taste

The sweet cheese is mixed with 300 gr of sour cream, sugar to taste and with the raisins soaked 10 minutes before in warm water with rum essence.
Grease with butter one by one, 2 or 3 overlapping pie sheets.

Then put the cheese mixture and spread evenly over the entire sheet. Do the same 4 times.

Roll the sheet and squeeze lightly.

Put the rolls in a pan greased with butter and grease them with butter. Then prick the rolls with a fork so as not to push the cheese.
Then mix the eggs with the rest of the cream, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and lemon peel, beat with a mixer and pour over the rolls.

After 15-20 minutes of resting, put it in the oven, at the middle stage (180 degrees) until it browns nicely.

Then take them out and let them cool for 30 minutes and then serve.

Quick roll of sweet cow's cheese (without baking) - a dessert that deserves your attention!

Fine and delicious! Its preparation takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes!

The caloric value of this dessert is 153 kcal / 100 g.

-400 g of sweet cottage cheese (wet, pasty)

-a tablespoon or 2 tablespoons grated cocoa powder

-1-2 tablespoons of liquid honey (or to taste).

1. Crush the biscuits with your hands, breaking them into very small pieces. Put them in a bowl.

2. Add the milk and cocoa powder. Stir and let the biscuits soften for a few minutes.

3. Then grind them with a spoon or fork until they get a pasty consistency.

4.Mix the sweet cottage cheese with the honey. If the cheese is granular, pass it through the blender beforehand or pass it through a small sieve.

5. Spread the biscuit composition on a piece of cling film.

6. Spread the cheese on the layer of biscuits, leaving one of the long edges free.

7. Place the broken banana in half near the long edge, covered with cheese.

8. Roll everything into a compact roll with cling film. Wrap it tightly in it and give it a neat shape.

9. The obtained roll is very soft and sticky. Therefore, put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes, so that it hardens a little.

10. Remove the roll from the food foil.

12. Serve it with great pleasure!

If you add a little clarified butter (ghee) to the sweet cottage cheese, the roll will be even tastier, but also more caloric!

Baked trout rolls with greens and polenta

Recently, I participated in a culinary competition full of good cheer, but especially with a good cause, & # 8222Gatim pentru Transfagarasan & # 8221. As I think you all realized, the competition aimed to promote the tourist area of Transfagarasan and took place at the wonderful and welcoming hotel Valea Cu Pesti, which was my host and other competitors (bloggers, journalists, public figures ), organized by TurismClub.Ro, the only tourism newspaper in Romania. The theme of the cooking contest was proposed by the hoteliers who chose, in accordance with the name of the hotel and its location on the shore of the beautiful Vidraru reservoir, the trout. So, a trout dish and a working time of an hour and a half. Because the press has already written about the fact that I was the winner of this contest (and I won a weekend at Valea Cu Pesti where I would have returned even if I had not been awarded, simply because it is a beautiful place) and because many of those who follow me have sent me congratulations (and I thank them in this way as well), but also because tomorrow is the Holy Feast of Flowers, with the release of fish, I thought I would share my recipe with you winners. So I get to work!

Cristina's world

I wanted to do something, something else came out, but because we liked what came out in the end, I also put the recipe on the blog to remember, especially because I have to repeat it as soon as possible. It was delicious. & # 9829 & # 9829 & # 9829

This recipe is in accordance with the Dukan diet - PP days, starting with the cruise phase.

Ingredient:
*** Coca:
- 250g cream cheese 0.2% fat
- 3 tablespoons gluten
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of oat bran
- 3 tablespoons milk powder 0.1% fat
- 3 tablespoons erythritol with stevia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut essence
*** Filling:
- 1 ou
- 275g granulated cow's cheese (Hair 0.5% fat)
- 3 tablespoons erythritol with stevia
- 2 tablespoons goji berries (pre-hydrated)
- 1 tablespoon coconut essence

There are two eggs in the picture, but I used only one egg.

I hydrated the goji berries in warm water with a little vanilla essence. After 30 minutes I drained them well.

In a bowl, I mixed all the ingredients for the coca well.

The shell obtained is soft and sticky. I covered the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, I prepared the filling: in a bowl I mixed the cottage cheese well with the egg, the sweetener and the coconut essence. Finally I mixed in the cream and the goji berries drained well.

In a silicone form for guguluf I alternately put a teaspoon of coca and a teaspoon of filling.

Next, where I had the crust I put the filling and where the filling was I put the crust. I continued like this until I finished the two compositions.

I put the form in the electric oven, at 170 degrees, with fire only from below and without ventilation, for 30 minutes. Here I was wrong! Because I've had the electric oven for a while, I'm still experimenting with it. Now I advise you to use the function with up and down fire + ventilation. In this way, the bottom of the pie will certainly not be fried so hard.

I overturned the pie on a plate and hung it until it cooled. It smells sensational! & # 9829 & # 9829 & # 9829

It fried a little hard at the bottom, but it was very good anyway. next time I know what to change to the baking mode.
