Daca vreti sa va lasati de McDonalnd’s, gustati asa ceva si vedem apoi cat o sa ma mai atraga fast foodul industrial. Am preparat burgerii de 8 martie pentru Somitate. Alaturi am pus niste chocolate fondante, cu o cupa de inghetata… ce sa spun, am facut impresie! La final acoperiti cu capacul chiflei. Bagati burgerii la cuptorul preincalzit la 230 de grade pentru 3-5 minute. Ideea este sa se incalzeasca, si mai ales sa se topeasca branza, daca folositi. Daca nu folositi branza si ingredientele sunt suficient de calde cand montati hamburgerii, nu mai este nevoie sa fie tinuti la cuptor. Pofta buna tuturor gurmanzilor (ca multi suntem)!


Savoare in bucate

Am acceptat provocarea prietenilor de la BUZZStore si Gourmet de strut #buzzGourmetdeStrut de a testa carnea de strut. Eram foarte nerabdatoare sa primesc coletul si sa pregatesc multe bunatati. Mi-a placut foarte mult cum arata carnea: avea o culoare frumoasa, era ferma si nu avea grasime.

Am decis sa pregatesc gulas din carne de strut. Rezultatul a fost pe masura asteptarilor. A iesit un gulas delicios, iar carnea a fost frageda si gustoasa. Gulasul meu a fost foarte apreciat de prietenii care ni s-au alaturat pentru a se convinge ca nu e doar sanatoasa carnea de strut, ci este si foarte gustoasa.

Ingredient:

Dieta South Beach!

Saptamana trecuta am primit invitatie din partea Cristinei Fulea de a participa la publicarea unui articol pe site`ul http://www.divahair.ro/. Divahair.ro este un site foarte dragut, pe care il urmaresc de ceva timp, si unde veti gasi foarte multe informatii.
Dar sa revenim. Ideea de a participa m`a incantat, ptr ca articolul va fi despre diete si rezultatele acestora. Recunosc ca sunt o enciclopedie in diete si cure! Ca foarte multe femei, de cand ma stiu am probleme cu greutatea. Poate si faptul ca am facut sport de performanta - handbal, la care am renuntat in urma unei accidentari, a accentuat problemele de greutate. Cert este ca din adolescenta si pana acum am incercat tot ce a aparut in materie de slabit: pastile (o mare porcarie!), ceaiuri (rezolvare de moment, cu efecte adverse), sport (FOARTE BUN, dar excesul mareste masa musculara!), infometare (nerecomandat, cand incepi sa mananci pui dublu!). prafuri. etc.. Nu cred ca exista ceva sa nu fi incercat, desi variatia de greutate nu a fost niciodata mai mult de 5-7 kg!
In aceasta primavara.. greutatea mea o luase razna rau! Niciodata nu avusesem atatea kg! 81 kg la 1.75 m !! Mi`am zis: GATA, trebuie sa fac ceva! And. search Google. Pe 14 februarie am inceput dieta.. Recunosc ca ambitia a fost atat de mare incat nu mi s`a parut deloc greu.. nici macar primele zile si mai ales ziua 3, despre care se spune ca e critica! Cand am inceput sa citesc despre dieta, nu ma gandeam ca va fi asa usor - si aici fac comparatie cu alte diete. Poate la prima vedere pare un pic cam drastic, dar nu e deloc. Se mananca bine, des - 5 mese pe zi : 3 mese principale si 2 gustari (ultima masa o luam la ora 17.30 cel tarziu), descoperi combinatii la care nu te`ai fi gandit. si practic inveti sa mananci sanatos!
Pe langa dieta am baut foarte multa apa plata (2-4 litri / zi), am facut si cateva exercitii (abdomene, genoflexiuni, fandari, etc).. cca 15 min / zi si mi`am hidratat de 2 ori / zi corpul cu creme de corp.


So. pe 14 februarie aveam 81 kg, iar pe 11 mai ajunsesem la 71,6 kg!

Spre rusinea mea recunosc ca acum nu mai respect intru` totul dieta, iar greutatea mea in ultimele 3 luni se incadreaza intre 72-73 kg! Nu`i cat mi`as dori, dar.. vara imi e greu sa tin diete. :)

Acum sa va spun despre dieta.
Dieta South Beach consta in 3 etape:
Etapa 1 - care dureaza 2 saptamani (este destinata "curatarii" organismului), si care este cea mai drastica perioada, eliminand complet fructele, zaharul, fainoasele, orezul, porumbul, cartoful, morcovul
Etapa 2 - se tine pana la maxim 2 luni, se slabeste mai lent, dar se vor adauga treptat o parte din alimentele interzise
Etapa 3 - deja este un mod de viata se poate consuma toate alimentele, doar cele "interzise" vor fi consumate cu moderatie
Ptr a fi mai usor am selectat doar alimentele care sunt permise in cele 2 faze.
LISTA ALIMENTELOR PERMISE PENTRU FAZA 1
Carne vita (pulpa, muschi,muschiulet, spata), carne vitel (cotlet, antricot, pulpa), carne pasare (piept de curcan si de pui, sunca de curcan), orice tip de peste si preparate de peste (nu rechin si ton alb) ton in apa sau alt tip de peste la conserva, carne porc (sunca/jambon fiert, bacon fara gasime, muschi, muschiulet), carne miel (indeparteza orice urma vizibila de grasime : cotlet, spate), mezeluri (slab sau fara grasimi: sunca/jambon fiert ,sunca afumata, piept de curcan)
Produse din soia (Sunca de soia, Cremvusti de soia, Tofu toate varietatile -1/2 cana pe zi)
Boabe / legume (Incepe cu 1/3 - 1/2 cana) : Linte, Naut, Fasole, Soia, Mazare uscata, s.a.
